Lough Key Forest Park is worth a visit any time of the year but I was eager to get up there during the frost and snow.

Wow your photographs are brilliant and especially the recent snow ones..great to show the locality in such a good light and to point out the beauty of where we live.
If the landowners adjoining Lough Key saw these photos then they might think about planting some trees and protecting the remaining woodlands that once belonged to King Harmon estate. If they just fenced off their woods to keep their stock out then natural regeneration would do the job for them.
